When the student is ready, the teacher will appear.
This is what Cindy said to me during my first energy session. I had had many conversations with my sister about energy work, but was skeptical it could work for me. When I began having more power struggles with my daughter, I found myself searching for anything that could help. Her tantrums were more than normal three year old tantrums, or even middle child syndrome. I knew it had to go deeper than that, but I didn’t know how to fix it. It was then that I found the transformation code.
When I first met with Cindy, I was a little apprehensive, not sure what to expect from an energy session. She began by explaining about positive and negative energy and how negative emotions can sometimes get trapped in our bodies and cause pain. The goal of our session would be to release those negative emotions, and help me get closer to feelings of joy and peace in my life.
The whole session opened my eyes to how many negative emotions I have been carrying without even realizing the impact they were having on my life. We discussed my first heartbreak in college, and the lingering feeling that I don’t deserve to be happy that the experience left in my life. Cindy discovered that this feeling is generational, and goes back ten years in my mom’s family. She was not only able to clear this emotion from me, but from my mom, my ancestors, my siblings, and even my posterity!
By the end of the session, I had cried multiple times as I gained insights into myself and my relationships with others. I knew that in order to fix the struggles I was having with my daughter, I needed to let go of some negative emotions that I was having to be able to connect with her, and love her in the way she needs. While the session was emotional, it was exactly what I needed. Since my session, I have felt happier, calmer and had a sense of peace that I haven’t experienced in a long time.

I am thankful that when I found Cindy, I was ready to let the energy work she performs have a healing effect on my life.
